Subscribers to HBO Max’s ad-free plan can stream the movie for no additional charge, but it will only be available for 31 days. After that, the film will be exclusive to theaters until its official home video release.
“Malignant” is directed by James Wan, the mastermind behind “The Conjuring,” “Insidious,” and “Saw.” The supernatural horror film follows Madison (Annabelle Wallis), a woman plagued by vivid dreams of murders — dreams that prove to be reality.
In addition to “Malignant,”
subscribers can currently stream “Reminiscence” while it’s still in theaters. The sci-fi flick stars Hugh Jackman and Rebecca Ferguson.
